Somedoku and X-sums combine. And while you stare into the puzzle, the puzzle will stare back into you...
You can attempt this puzzle at

Good Luck!Questions, comments, feedback are always welcome, either here or on the CTC community discord.
Thanks to Chord for all the testing on this one.
The rules:
Normal sudoku rules do
NOT apply
Somedoku: Fill every cell with a digit from 1-9. Digits may (and indeed must) repeat in some rows/columns. In each row N, there are exactly N different digits. In each column N, there are exactly N different digits.
X-sums: Numbers outside the grid give the sum of the first X values in the corresponding row or column, where X is the value closest to the clue.
**Note:** If the closest value is larger than 9, then the X-sum wraps back to the first value again. e.g. If the clue starts with a doubled 7 and the row is 712345689, that's a value of 14 in the first cell of the row, so we sum all nine cells in the row (52), then we sum the first five cells again (24), meaning the clue would be 76.
Doublers: One cell in each row and column is a doubler. For the purpose of other clues, the cell's value is double the digit (or digits) in the box. Each digit from 1-9 appears exactly once in a doubler cell.
Kropki: Values in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Values in cells separated by a black dot have a 2:1 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily given.
German Whispers: On green lines, adjacent cells have values that differ by at least 5.
Dutch Whispers: On orange lines, adjacent cells have values that differ by at least 4.

Great stuff! Interesting ruleset. Only thing I maybe didn't like was using the same logic so many times.

Another fantastic puzzle! I'm glad there were no S-cells in this one, because that would have fried my brain even more. Thank you so much
