This might be a hard 3-star, but I think once you see it, it's really not that hard.
Please let me know what you think, appreciate it!
What Works?
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Region Sum lines: Digits on a line have the same sum in each region the line passes through
- Black dots: Cells joined by a black dot must have a ratio of 2:1.
- White dots: Cells joined by a white dot must have a difference of 1.
- Little killers: The numbered arrows outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits in the corresponding direction. Digits can repeat in the direction of the arrow, if allowed by other rules.
- Positive diagonal: Along the diagonal digits cannot repeat
Solution code: Row 9 from left to right

A correction for the rules in the linked puzzle, the region sum line rule applies only the blue line. The rules as they are say "for each line", which I initially took to mean that the green diagonal was also a region sum line.
