#3 Along a blue line thick box boarders divide the line into segments which all share the same sum (this sum may be different for each line).
#4 Digits in cells separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio (re: one is double the other).

Gorgeous puzzle! The last few bits of logic I needed were hard-fought but the payoff was definitely worth it.

Lovely puzzle - really enjoyed it! Took me a little longer than expected but I never felt stuck - there was always interesting logic popping up to keep me moving forward.

I think you lived up to your name with this puzzle since it definitely felt more than 98% sneaky. But joking aside, thank you for this entertaining and enjoyable region sum lines puzzle, 99%Sneaky! It has been a joy to solve.
