- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Yin-Yang: shade some cells such that all shaded cells are orthogonally connected and all unshaded cells are orthogonally connected. No 2x2 area may be fully shaded or fully unshaded.
- Negators: all shaded cells have negative value for the purposes of the killer cages (for example, a shaded 5 would count as -5).
- Non-consecutive: any two orthogonally adjacent unshaded cells cannot be consecutive.
- Killer: digits in a cage cannot repeat and their values must sum to the given total (if given).
Solution code: Shaded digits from row 7, left to right

Are +6 and -5 considered as consecutive? Or am I supposed to figure that out?

The non-consecutive rule only applies to the unshaded cells, which are never negative. Hope that helps!
