Greatly inspired by the vampire puzzles by Blobz, I tried to set one myself. Since I didn't use the Fog constraint in a while, I combined it. The difficulty is somewhere like 2.5 stars. Have fun and leave a comment.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
There are 9 vampires (digits 1-9 once each) in the grid; one in each row, column and box. There are also 9 victims (digits 1-9 once each) in the grid; one in each row, column and box. For purposes of cage totals: (a) vampire cells have a value equal to the sum of their digit plus the digit of the victim cell in their box, and (b) victim cells have a value of 0. For purposes of lines, simply the digits count.
Digits in cages do not repeat and sum to the value shown. If a victim contributes to a cage, its digit cannot repeat in the cage either.
German Whispers: Usually shown as green lines, adjacent digits along a German Whispers line must differ by at least five.
Renban line: Usually shown as purple lines, digits along a Renban line must form a set of non-repeating consecutive digits in any order.
Fog: Part of the grid is covered with fog. As correct digits are placed, the fog will clear from cells surrounding the correct digit, revealing additional clues. There is always enough information in the revealed portion of the grid to place another correct digit without guessing. Digits can be placed within the fog.
Lösungscode: All digits in vampire cells, starting with the one in row 1 down to the one in row 9.

Very fun! Got stuck for a few minutes halfway through until one aspect of the rules came back to mind, then i was on my way again. Very enjoyable!

Wow! This is a crazy good puzzle. A clean logical progression throughout the puzzle with some tricky moments! I got stuck for a good bit figuring out the 28 cage.

many thanks for the clarification of the rules, I got stuck for the better part of an hour doubting myself. Please note that at the time of writing this, Sudokupad seems to still show the previous wording of the rules (might just be cookies though).
This puzzle is an absolute beauty!

Clairified the rules. I now understand what OutOfMyMindBRB and Tomf1sh meant, thanks to the concrete comment of MartinR. Thanks to you three for pointing to a case I didn't even think of.

(setter) no need for this additional rule. Did you keep in mind that vampires as well as victim cells need to be a full 1-9 set?

In my opinion, the added rule (Tomf1sh, OutOfMyMindBRB) is not necessary.
Loved the puzzle, it was challenging and very satisfying.

Amazing puzzle! I'm a beginner and I found it to be the perfect challenge for my level - 53:38. I actually made this account just so that I could comment. It was completely doable but I felt so proud for getting through it. Thank you so much!
I agree about what OutOfMyMindBRB says though - I was stuck until I read his comment. I think the rules could be a bit clearer. Perhaps add "Digits in cages do not repeat and sum to the value shown. Further, if the value from a victim cell is used by a vampire cell inside a cage, the victim cell's value cannot be repeated in the cage. For example, if a vampire cell in a cage "steals" the value 6 from a nearby victim cell, the digit 6 cannot also appear inside the cage." Or something like that.

Nice puzzle!
I got stuck for a long time at one stage until i re-interpreted the instructions to prohibit a "victim" cell included in the cage total (but not in the cage), from repeating in the cage as well.
