Silently Sweeping

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Circles count the number of surrounding cells (up to 8) which can be connected to the circled cell by a German Whisper line segment. (i.e. Number of neighboring cells whose digits differ by at least 5 from the digit in the circle)
- All possible circles are given (not necessary for the solve).
- Black Dots separate digits in a 2:1 ratio.
- White Dots separate consecutive digits.
- Not all possible dots are necessarily given.

Very interesting idea, and the logic flows nicely once you wrap your head around it.
