Lots Of Lavender

I've been enjoying the odd-lots constraint recently and wanted to create a 2 star puzzle in the style of Lavender In The Fog around it. Whilst setting I discovered some logic, that I just had to include, which probably makes it closer to 3 star. I'm planning to follow this puzzle up with a 2 star that uses the same rules because there are still a lot of things I didn't find room for. Thanks to the CtC-fan-discord for testing and feedback! - Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Fog: The grid is covered in fog. Placing correct digits reveals clues in the surrounding 3x3 area.
- Zipper: Digits an equal distance to the circled center of a lavender zipper line sum to the central digit.
- Odd Lots: A digit in a yellow circle counts the number of odd digits on the attached line (including itself and the central cell).
- Even Lots: A digit in a blue square counts the number of even digits on the attached line (including itself and the central cell).
- Zipper lines only move orthogonally and don't share cells with other zipper lines.
Lösungscode: row 9 left to right (9 digits)

Very nice setting! Loved how everything interacted. For me as a beginner it was very hard though :-) and I managed to make several wrong deductions, that were shown to my by non-lifting fog, hahahahha. Thank you!

Thank you for this fantastic puzzle, gdc! First, I had to get my head around the counting arguments introduced by the lots. But once that clicked, I loved how many fun tricks there were to be discovered. Lovely logic all the way!

What a puzzle! I sometimes find zipper lines to be tedious, but this was the most beautiful implementation of them I’ve seen yet. Add in some fog of war and the parity lot counting and I repeat — what a puzzle!! It was thoroughly enjoyable.

I got stuck for a while wondering if there could be a line with an even number of cells. But in the end I decided that the rules may suggest there were none of them. After that the rest of the solution was easy…
