This is puzzle number 2 in a series started by sujoyku named OmniLS (Omnipotent Line Series). The Omnipotent Line is a combination of the XV and Kropki variants, that is, each pair of adjacent digits along the line has to fulfil an X, a V, a white or a black Kropki dot, but one does not know in which places which constraint is met. (In that regard, it is partially similar to puzzles with ambiguous Kropki dots.)
Many thanks to sujoyku for creating the line type and the series and also testing this puzzle. Estimated difficulty is between 2 and 3 stars. Please feel free to write in the comments what you think of the line and go check out the first puzzle in what should be a great series.
OmniLS Series:
Puzzle #1: Anything Works by sujoyku
Solve with SudokuPad
• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• THERE IS ONE, AND ONLY ONE, Orange Omnipotent Line, where each pair of adjacent digits along the line must either: sum to 5, sum to 10, be consecutive or be in a 1:2 ratio. (At least one of these constraints must be met. It is allowed that two are fulfilled simultaneously.)
• Example: The digit 3 may be adjacent to either a 2 (Sums to 5 and Consecutive), a 4 (Consecutive), a 6 (1:2 ratio) or a 7 (Sums to 10).
• Digits along marked diagonals sum to the number indicated outside the grid.
• The grid is partially covered with fog. Correctly placed digits will clear the fog around that cell. No guessing is required.
• Digits in a cage do not repeat and sum to the clue in the top left.
Happy Solving and God Bless!!!

Clever puzzle. Once got used to this line type, it felt 1.5 starish. Couple of very fun and rewarding deductions. Thx.

Thank you for this fun puzzle, meggen033! When I started the series, I could not have dreamt that some other setter would try setting with this new constraint so quickly. And you did come up with great new ideas in this one. I am really glad that your puzzle could be included as the second edition of the series. Thank you for the contribution!
