Higher or Lower?

Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Kropki: Digits in cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.
Quadruples: Every digit in a circle has to be assigned to one of the surrounding cells.
Other than box 9, every cell in the grid is either higher than all orthogonally adjacent digits, or lower than all orthogonally adjacent digits.
Note: A cell orthogonally adjacent to box 9 still needs to be higher or lower than the orthogonally adjacent cell in box 9.

It took me way longer than it should have. Once I figured out how to get it cracking it went very smooth. I enjoyed that one. Thanks for setting.
