Split Ends - Consecutive Lines Constraint
This is my first ever sudoku I have set - Any feedback would be appreciated!
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply
Digits along lines must be consecutive. Digits along dotted lines must increase consecutively from the line they connect to.
Solve Online : Answer check is enabled if you use blue, green or red digits

Nice first effort. I agree with Imdemasi that this is more likely a 1 star difficulty.
The reason for that is that the ruleset is quite restrictive, and the way it is set there are already very few options for most lines from the start. And from there you can pretty much fill in one line after the other, there isn't really a moment where there are a number of options for multiple lines, where you need to use more logic or digits outside the lines to reduce the options to the correct one. That makes it quite easy (by LMD standards), and also not very exciting to solve.
I think the same ruleset could be turned into a more interesting puzzle by using shorter lines, having lines cross multiple regions more often, and having more interaction between them. But even then I do think having strictly consecutive digits on a line had limited potential to make really interesting puzzles (although I'd happily be proven wrong there by a great puzzle).

The puzzle is quite easy and not at all close to 3*.
