Rules: Place a digit from 0 to 9 in every cell, so that no digit repeats in any row, column, or 3x3 region. There are sixteen regions. Dotted lines indicate region boundaries. Cells that are on a dotted line are simultaneously part of the regions on both sides of the line.
Arrows: Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.
Dots: Digits on a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
