These puzzles are a pairdoku! With another solver, you should each choose either Grid A or Grid B. Every clue in each grid is replicated in a different location in the other grid, and must contain exactly the same digits in the same order. The solutions to the two grids are not the same, only the digits on the clues. Do not show the other solver your puzzle. These puzzles are meant to be solved using verbal communication only.

Rules:
  • Normal sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
  • Renban: Digits on the pink line must form a consecutive set of digits in any order.
  • German Whisper: Neighboring digits along a green line must have a difference of at least 5.
  • Region Sum Line: Box borders divide the blue line into segments with equal sums.
  • Entropic Line: Every set of three cells along the tan line must contain one digit from each of the following sets: [1,2,3], [4,5,6], and [7,8,9].
  • Ten Line: The gray line must be able to be divided into one or more distinct segments where each segment sums to 10.
  • Arrow: Digits along the arrow must sum to the digit in the attached circle.
  • Black Kropki Dot: Digits separated by the black dot must be in a 1:2 ratio.
  • White Kropki Dot: Digits separated by the white dot must be consecutive.

A remarkable feat of setting and the difficulty was well balanced between the two grids. The idea fits pair-fectly with the pairdoku concept too!

This community is wonderful and there's no better way to celebrate that than by solving one of these masterful pairdokus with a friend - really enjoyable stuff!
