Standard sudoku rules apply.
Clues outside the puzzle are X-sums if they are horizontal
[they indicate the sum of the first x digits (closest to the clue in the same row) where x is the digit closest to the clue]
and Sandwich clues if they are vertical
(they indicate the sum of the digits between but not including 1 and 9 in the clue's column).
Digits may not repeat on the blue diagonal.
Digits in killer cages sum to the clue in the top left corner of the cage.
Cells with an X sum to 10 and cells with a V sum to 5.
Black Kropki dots indicate 1:2 ratio.
Something weird is happening, though.Gravity is affecting numbers on Kropki dots.
If dots are vertical, the larger number must be lower than the smaller.
I better fix this anomaly before it gets worse... Now where did I put that Journal.
Lösungscode: Enter the digits of row 1 and row 9 with no spaces respectively

It's a few months later, but I want to say I enjoyed this. For the future I think you should not require an 18 digit solution code, that's overkill and hard for a mobile solver to manage.

Thank you for the feedback. It's the only way I'll learn.
I was worried about it being too hard (which looks silly now), so I figured I'd throw in the disambiguation... also it inspired the name, so I got a bit stuck on it. I should have revisited the cages, my initial idea was to make a geometry/set puzzle, but it evolved away from that (even in my solve path I didn't really use the totals). I should have stripped more clues away. I glad the puzzle has been enjoyed; thank you all again.

Nice puzzle, albeit a bit overclued. I didn't use either killer cage during my solve path, for example, and I am not sure if the gravity rule is needed either. As a general rule of thumb for setting, I would suggest adding non-standard rules only if the logic the extra rule generates is so nice that it warrants having it. Here it felt more like just a disambiguator early in the solve, and is used only in one place.
Additionally, regarding tags and labels, I don't think the labels "English knowledge" or "Computer assistance" are required, Online solving tool and variant combination labels are usually enough to describe this sort of puzzle.
You can also add the tags for the variants used in this puzzle, such as Diagonal, Kropki pairs, XV pairs, etc.
Aside from these, cool puzzle! I especially really enjoyed the arrow interactions around the central rows. Welcome to setting!

Thank you for this fun puzzle, LushKitch! For me it was in the difficulty range between 3 and 4 stars. But in any case, it has been a very enjoyable challenge.

OK, here's an intriguing one for you. I misread the effects of gravity. but solved the puzzle anyway. The timer did not stop. I nevertheless entered the solution data, which was accepted. My diagnosis is that you might need to reconsider the solution code.

This is a very enjoyable puzzle, but, respectfully, I cannot agree with the 5* difficulty. I would rate this a 2*. Regardless, it was a very enjoyable solve and a lovely puzzle.
