Bootcamp #1: Region Sum Lines

Recently I haven't had a lot of time for setting. Me and my fiancé are expecting a baby girl next month and so a vast majority of my time has been spent between work, preparing for the baby, taking care of my fiancé, and taking care of my stepkids. So when I do get setting time it's not very much. This puzzles is one of many 6x6's that I've set in the parking lot of my job while on my lunch break. I decided that I would post some of them here as I like some of the logic, and I imagine they'd be good introductions into the genres. Enjoy!

Rules:

Normal 6x6 Sudoku rules apply

Region Sum Lines: Digits along a blue line must sum to the same total in each region (box) that they pass through.

Inequality: The inequality sign points to the smaller of the two digits.
