Play on SudokuPad
Put the digits 0 to 9 in every row, column and region.
Divide the grid into 10 pairs of pentominoes (5 orthogonally connected cells). Each pair has the same shape (reflections and rotations are allowed), but may not share an edge, and together form a region. 10 different shapes must be used.
All cells that have exactly 2 orthogonally connected cells that belong to its own pentomino, are marked with a circle.
Digits in a cage belong to the same pentomino and add up to the cage total when given. Read from left to right or top to bottom, they form a 2-digit number that is equal to the sum of all the digits in the other pentomino of the same shape.

Impressive that the puzzle resolves with so few killer clues ! The scanning in the second half is very hard with the disconnected regions, but it was a fun ride to discover all its little pieces and make it work. Region construction logic was great. Thanks :)

It is surprising that after the regions were identified only a couple of killer clues was enough and geometry did almost all the job. Stunning puzzle!
