Foggy Renban Frenzy

This is an easier puzzle dedicated to my son. He likes fog puzzles. I tried to construct a puzzle that is challenging for him but not too hard. Have fun and drop a comment if you liked it.
Standard sudoku rules apply: The digits 1 through 9 appear in every row, column, and box.
Killer-Cages: Digits in cages cannot repeat and must sum to the value shown in the upper left corner of the cage.
Renban line: Usually shown as purple lines, digits along a Renban line must form a set of non-repeating consecutive digits in any order.
XV-Dominos: Cells separated by an X must sum to 10. Cells separated by a V must sum to 5. Not all Xs and Vs are necessarily given (no negative constraint).
Fog: Part of the grid is covered with fog. As correct digits are placed, the fog will clear from cells surrounding the correct digit, revealing additional clues. There is always enough information in the revealed portion of the grid to place another correct digit without guessing. Digits can be placed within the fog.

I made a mistake but since I could backtrack to where I had last been correct (thanks for posting the solution), I was able to finish it. Appreciate your efforts!

My son did it in 31 minutes. He needed a little help with the 44 cage. But the difficulty was ok everywhere else.
