Miracle City

This puzzle is heavily inspired by a recent miraculous creation by Loerting, but instead using the Skyscraper variant. You can check out his puzzle 165 here.
RULES:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Killer Cages: Digits in a cage must sum to the given value.
- Skyscrapers: Each digit in the grid represents the height of a building in it's cell. Taller buildings obstruct the view of shorter ones behind them. Clues outside the grid give the number of buildings visible in that column from the direction of the clue.
- Secret: The sum of all Skyscraper '?' clues is equal to 45.

I had posted this with a suggested 2 star difficulty but it has received an average rating of 1 star by those who have completed it. The break-in is the trickiest part, but once realised, the puzzle essentially fills itself in.

Thank you for this cute miracle, Jolly Rogers! Although it looks intimidating at first sight, once you realize the break-in the 2 stars difficulty rating seems completely appropriate.
