Worm Riders (PAIRDOKU)

This "Pairdoku" is meant to be solved by two partners, each looking at only one puzzle while talking to the other. The two puzzles have different solutions.
Normal 6x6 Sudoku rules apply.
COUNTING CIRCLES - A digit in a circle indicates how many times that digit appears in a circle across both puzzles.
WHISPER WORM - Adjacent digits on a worm differ by at least 3. Wherever a worm dives into a hole, it resurfaces in the same position in the other puzzle, and those two cells are considered adjacent.
INEQUALITY - The "<" symbol points to the smaller of two digits.
