Rules:
The galaxy is growing, the stars are exploding, and somebody shot the moon!
The given circles are the moon and the stars, and the digits on the moondust and stardust arrows must sum to the value in that arrow’s circle.
Values on the galactic arrows may either be the same as the previous value or decrease away from the bulb and previous value. Two-cell bulb values are read top to bottom or left to right. The cosmic colors have no effect on the lines and are for aesthetics alone.
Otherwise, Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the interstellar digits 1-9 in each row, column, and box. Digits may not repeat in any row, column, or spacetime box. Normal arrow rules apply EXCEPT that values must be the same as or decrease from the previous value as they travel away from the bulb given the normal sudoku constraint.

Seems like it's going to be wayyy harder than it actually is. If you're contemplating solving, please do! Just take it slow, use Excel or a calculator to make sure you don't make mistakes...you can get most of the numbers on the long arrow pretty quickly. THanks for sharing, great puzzle!
