This is the follow-up to my last puzzle Entropic Whispers which uses the same new line constraint. I tried to make this one a bit more approachable. Thanks to the testers. Special thanks to Raumplaner, who created the first version of this puzzle.

First time I try this ruleset, so it was hard to figure out. But as soon I wrapped my head around it, it saw smooth sailing.

With only the Entropic rule the solution couldn’t be unique. For example, you could swap all the 5s and 6s.

Am I nuts, or is "Entropic Whispers" just the same thing as an "Entropic Line"? I'm getting the same results as I solve this -- it's seeming like the new rule set is just a more complicated way of explaining Entropic Lines.
** Okay, I am starting to see further ramifications of the requirement of a +3 difference. Carry on, never mind me. :-)
