Insider X-Sums

Standard sudoku rules apply. The arrows inside the grid are X-Sum clues.
Digits in the first X cells along the line of the arrow must sum to the small clue in the cell with the arrow, where X is the digit in that cell. The X digit is included in the sum. For cells with more than one arrow, the sum must be equal in each marked direction, and the X cell is included separately in each of these sums. X cannot be greater than the number of cells available in the direction marked.

Very nice idea, especially the diagonal sums lead to some fresh logic. Still surprisingly approachable. Thanks!
