Standard Sudoku rules apply.
SHADING: In the completed grid, cells containing numbers exactly one greater than an immediate neighbour (diagonal or orthogonal) within their box are shaded (and otherwise unshaded).
YIN YANG: The shaded cells form a single orthogonally connected region, as do the unshaded cells. No 2x2 region is wholly shaded or unshaded.
ARROWS: Values in cells with arrows give the number of shaded cells in the indicated direction. All possible horizontal arrows are given.
Lösungscode: Row 5

Very Nice step by step. Unlocking just a tiny bit at each find. Nice combinations of the rules. And use of the negatives.
Felt like a Nice progress trougthout the solve.
And Discovered some new tricks.
Just some miss ups with the negative constraits when i forgot the only horisontal. So had to back trace a few Times.
Would recommend after one have solved 2 or so other yin yang puzzles. So a few connecps have stuck, and to take it slow as to not make a misstake (guess that holds for most puzzles) it kind a unforgiving.
But as Said would recommend it for all.

Big fan of Yin Yang Sudoku and this one is perfect. Having already done a lot of YY sudokus and a couple with the shading ruleset, it felt like a 3 stars, but quite understandable to rate it as 4 stars.
Thanks for setting!

Thanks for another great puzzle! Really enjoying this constraint
---I like it too, there are more in the pipeline. Thanks for the generous comment and the solve. ---ATK

Another wonderful puzzle from ATK. I love your shading ruleset, but one misstep in logic and you might need to start over, as I did…twice!
---So you got three puzzles for the price of one!
Thanks for the generous comment and the solve.---ATK

Wow I had a tough time with this one but it was really fun. Loved how all three rules could be used for deductions throughout the solve
---Glad you liked it, thanks for the solve and the comment.---ATK

Really nice! It wasn't maybe that difficult, but it kept me on the edge the whole time, and felt I had to be very careful every step of the way. So took a really long time even though I never got stuck :-) Very enjoyable. And I also made heavy use of the negative constraint(s).
---Every one of the puzzles I've made with this ruleset has surprised me, that they are so accessible given that the clues are fairly minimal.
Glad you see it the same, thanks for the kind comment and the solve.---ATK

Great puzzle. Also an interesting comment by Henry, because for me the negative constraint was very helpful in eliminating sudoku options.
---I used it a fair bit myself. I'm glad you enjoyed it, thanks for the comment and the solve. ---ATK

Ingenious break-in and very smooth solve path, but I never used the negative constraint on the arrows.
---I did see that the negative constraint wasn't strictly necessary, but surely it's a little bumpy in the middle without it.
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for the solve and the comment.

Lots of enjoyment solving this one. I saw all the nice logical steps that you always plan so carefully. Had to be super careful all the way through - an enjoyable solve. Thanks ATK
---Always a pleasure, thanks as always for the kind comment. ---ATK

Fun puzzle. I really like this ruleset.
But it took some time because I got confused by the negative constraint. Didn't realize at first that for this one, arrows are looking only horizontal.
---I had to constantly remind myself to not do that in my own test solves. Glad you enjoyed it. ---ATK

Do cells with two arrows count each direction separately, or is the number the sum of of both directions?
---Each arrow is independent, so if r2c5 contains X there are X shaded cells in each direction---ATK.
