Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Place the digits 1-9 so that they do not repeat in any row, column, or 3x3 box.
5s live in Dutch Flats
All 5s in the grid must have a '1' directly above it or a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
Clues outside the grid act as both Little Killers and Look-and-say clues.
Little Killers
Clues outside the grid give the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal.
Look-and-Say
The first digit of the clue outside the grid indicates the number of times the second digit appears along the indicated diagonal.
Example
The 45 clue requires exactly four 5s along the diagonal, and must also sum to 45.

Previous puzzles in the Dutch Flat Mates series:
Hint 1 - Where to start
The 56 clue is 8 cells long across only 5 regions, and contains 6s in every region. We can do maths on the value of the 6s, and then the other digits. This clue then interacts strongly with the 9s in the 39 clue.
Hint 2 - Where to look nextThere are plenty of clues which place 5s, but also restrict 5s and 5s are always worth consideration in a Dutch Flat Mates puzzles. It's also worth looking at the maths in the clues.
