Anti-Queen: No two digits a queen's move apart in chess may be the same digit.

Non-consecutive: Adjacent digits are not consecutive.

I'm afraid I've never encountered a 7x7 so I'm not sure what "normal" rules are - possible to post them?

Place the digits 1-7 once each in every row and column. I updated the rules to specify it. -Frippe
