Normal Sudoku rules apply. ARROWS- Numbers on arrows sum to the number in the arrow's circle. Numbers do not repeat on arrows. KROPKI PAIRS- Numbers with black dots between them are in a ratio of 2:1. Numbers with a white dot between them are consecutive. Not all possible dots are given.

I had quite a trouble with this one. I feel silly, though, because each time I got stuck, I thought, “I must be missing something simple.” And invariably I was. Really nice puzzle! Greatly enjoyed it.

Thanks for the puzzle. I solved it, but the solution code didn't work. So I tried entering other rows and found that it's actually row 3, not row 2.
