Normal sudoku rules apply. Fill the grid so that each row, column and box contain the digits 1-9 once each.
Arrows: Digits along each arrow sum to the digit in the arrow's circle.
Kropki Dots: Digits separated by a white dot must be consecutive. Digits separated by a black dot must be in a 2:1 ratio. Not all dots are given.
I am a new setter so constructive feedback in the comments is very welcome!

Great puzzle. The break in is tougher than 1 star, I think, but then as others have observed it flows quite easily afterwards.
