Not sure about the difficulty but it should be fairly approachable. :)

Normal sudoku rules apply.
German Whispers: Adjacent digits along a green line differ by at least 5.
Killer: Digits in cages do not repeat, and sum to the clue in the top left corner. (If given)
Region Sum Lines: Box borders divide each blue line into segments with the same value of N. (Different lines may have different values for N)
Grey circles denote odd digits.

The interactions between the components were really well done. If it makes any sense, it felt less like a line drawing that was also a puzzle and more like a puzzle that was also a line drawing, which pleasantly surprised me. Good show!
