This puzzle was inspired by the cover of the 1967 debut album from The Velvet Underground. The cover was designed by Andy Warhol, who chose not to put the name of the band or the album on the cover, but placed his own name in the lower right corner.
If you're wondering about the seemingly random group of given digits, the album's original running time was 47 minutes and 51 seconds.
