-in jeder Spalte, jeder Zeile und jedem fettumrandeten 3x3-Gebiet muss sich genau zwei Sterne befinden
-Sterne dürfen einander nicht berühren (auch nicht diagonal)
-zwei Sterne dürfen sich auf den Enden desselben Pfeiles nicht befinden (Zelle mit Pfeilen darf auch Sterne beinhalten)
-in das Feld mit einem Kreis darf kein Stern platziert werden
Lösungscode: Für jede Zeile von oben nach unten, geben Sie die Anzahl der leeren Felden, die sich zwischen der zwei Sterne befinden.

ok, so "two stars may never be placed at the opposite ends of an arrow" means the stars cannot be placed right next to the arrows. Not just in any cells from different sides of the arrows.
For instance, the arrow in the row 1 means that we can't place stars in r1c4 and r1c6 at the same time, but can place a stat in only one of them, and can place stars in, let's say, r1c2 and r1c9

I quickly run into contradiction as well. Can you please clarify the rules for arrows? Cause I must be misunderstanding them.

I think I don't understand the rules correctly. In a row or column with an arrow it is not allowed to place one star in one of the four cells on one side of the arrow and the other star in one of the four cells on the opposite side of the arrow, is that the intended meaning? In this case I run quickly into a contradiction.
edit from CHalb: Thanks to Dandelo I knew now what to do. I suggest to change the German instruction from "zwei Sterne dürfen sich auf den Enden desselben Pfeiles nicht befinden" to "zwei Sterne dürfen sich nicht an den Enden desselben Pfeiles befinden".
