Normal Sudoku rules apply, place the digits 1-9 in each row, column, and box.
Odd, Even: Digits in a grey square are even, and digits in a grey circle are odd.
Arrows: digits along arrows add up to the value in the circle.

I originally thought the same, but that is the rating everyone has given it. Definantly on the harder side of a 2.

Very beautiful puzzle! For me more like a 3 instead of 2 though. Still enjoyed the solve!
