Little killer sums: Numbers outside the grid give the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal. Digits may repeat along diagonals if allowed by other rules.
Note: One of the little killer clues is not needed for a unique solution but we left it in for aesthetics and to make the solve slightly more elegant.
