Logic Masters Deutschland e.V.

I have no idea why I struggle so much with setting puzzles these days, but finally made one!

Rules:

-Normal sudoku rules apply.
-Digits along a thermo must increase from the bulb end.
-Digits in a cage must not repeat and must sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage (if given). The cage with an inequality sign means the sum is less than 15, and O means the sum is odd.
