Green German Whisper lines contain digits that have a value at least five different from their neighbor.
Digits surrounding a black Kropki dot have a value ratio of 1:2. Not all possible dots are given.
Within a killer cage, digits are distinct and add up to the value in the top left corner of the cage.

the difficulty here is that, while the roping is blatantly obvious, it doesn't seem to advance the solution. this might be circumvented simply by choosing a different title.
