Wait, when did Simon do this one on CTC?

Brilliant puzzle! At every turn there is just barely enough information to keep making progress.

waffles_the_dog: I'm intrigued: with what rounding rules would 7 not unambiguously round to 5 as the nearest multiple of 5? Are there any? If 5 were even, sure, but it's not.

I couldn't make any head way beyond a few basic early deductions, but when Simon started solving on CTC he was using different rounding rules so I think the rounding rules need to be explicit?
I was assuming I'd be able to work out or discard middle values by logic, but from the beginning of Simon's solve it seems assumed that 7 rounds to 5 without additional logic. I'm not sure if that's "Swedish" rounding, round to odd/1, or round to -infinity :(

Man this was fun. There were just so many places to look for the clues and everything was a bit uncertain till the very end.
Thanks IcyFruit for the puzzle!
