The sums of the numbers on the indicated diagonals do not have to be the same.

Wow I found that pretty tough! Got stuck for a while thinking each marked diagonal had to sum to the same prime number. I recommend tweaking the last sentence in the instructions to "All diagonals with a prime sum are indicated."
