Rules:

This 3x3 of cells are a part of a standard 9x9 sudoku grid and can be located anywhere in the grid. Fill the 9x9 sudoku with digits from 1-9.

Killer cages: Digits in a cage cannot repeat and must sum to the total in the top left corner of the leftmost cell in the top row of the cage. All cages have a cage total.

Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the arrow's circle located at the opposite end of the line as the arrow tip. Arrows do not touch or cross themselves or other arrows (Two arrows never enter the same cell). Arrows do not branch (Only one arrow per circle).

Row indexing: The entire grid is row indexers. Digits in row X indicate the row in which the digit X appears in that column. For example, if r3c6 is a 8, r8c6 is a 3.

Super cool puzzle! Really liked the idea, and glad to see it expanded to a full 9x9 that solves surprisingly smoothly.

Updated the objective of the puzzle to fill the entire 9x9 sudoku instead of just the 3x3 box.

It's a bit of a shame that the actual 9x9 puzzle has - I think- 4 solutions, and possibly more.

@SirWoezel I found a nice way of making the 9x9 unique, so I updated the puzzle and made that the new objective. -Frippe
