Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Killer: Digits cannot repeat inside a cage.
Quads: Digits in a white circle must appear at least once each in the four surrounding cells.
Double Arrows: Digits on a line must have the same sum as the sum of the circles on the line's ends.

Lovely and intricate, thanks. I have a feeling that SET may be intended, but I so rarely spot it I travelled a different and interesting road.

I'm so incredibly confused. This is 100% the hardest puzzle I've ever seen. I'm extremely confident I followed the intended solve path. And yet, it has a ton of solves and a 4 star rating. I really don't get it, but all that said, I LOVED it. Wonderful puzzle. I really enjoyed it--I don't usually get stuck that severely so it was nice to get the aha moments and finish it off.

Curious puzzle difficulty wise. Some very nontrivial stuff, but very much focussed on a few core ideas and just a smooth solve around those. Interesting and fun puzzle.
