Dense fog doesn’t give me the same satisfaction, but this is a solid, approachable puzzle.

Simple puzzle. Small comment, you mention the negative constraint for black kropki dots in sudokupad, but not on this site. Also, on sudokupad it should say all black dots are given, not all dots are given. All dots implies all white dots too
