Richard stated offhand that it was very difficult to construct an easy Region Sum lines puzzle without any lines having a 1-cell segment.
This puzzle is dedicated to him.
Normal sudoku rules apply. Box borders divide each blue line into segments with the same sum.

Thanks a lot for setting this puzzle! I enjoyed solving it.
The possibility of crossing lines as RSL didn't cross my mind. :-)
My sincere apologies for being so late with my solve. I simply didn't know that the puzzle existed; mainly because I have visited the puzzle portal only sporadic in the last 22 months.
