Standard Sudoku Rules apply to the final numeric layout.
Arrows: Digits on an arrow must sum to the digit in the connected circle.
Thermometers: Digits on a thermometer must strictly increase from the bulb end.
Killer Cages: Standard killer cages are comprised of orthogonally connected cells surrounded by a dashed line. Digits in killer cages sum to the total in the upper-left corner of each cage and digits do not repeat in a cage.
All three-celled killer cages sum to 9, and all possible three-celled cages are given.

I'm listing it as two stars but maybe that's because I know what to look for. Newer solvers may find it to be a 3.

The logic from the negative constraint leads to fantastic solve. It requires some careful pencil marking :)

Very nice idea with the 9 cages!
BT: Thank you! I like the idea ... this one may "Crack" faster than I was hoping but I grew weary of just trying to make it work at all. Perhaps in the future I'll create something along the same lines that requires a bit more pondering.

Or if you're Skorp you may finish it in 15 minutes or less leaving me to wonder if I made it TOO easy, ha ha.
