Welcome to Golf, a creation of the devious setter known only as "im_so_twisted". Not much is known about how they got here, but legend has it they originate from a parallel universe, one where popular youtube channels cover U-Bahn puzzles every day, and the website Logic Whackers Lithuania is bombarded with beginner's first U-Bahn puzzles, often made with the help of deaf-puzzles.com and Plankststk Solver. The multiverse traveler visited me for "interdimensional continuity" reasons, and left me with this, claiming it was more suitable for our world than their own.
Rules: Place a digit from 1-9 in each cell such that digits do not repeat in any row, column, or 3x3 box, as well as in any pair of cells a knight's move apart, or any set of cells in the same relative position within their box. A digit on a golf ball must appear in one of the four cells that golf ball touches. Adjacent digits on lines must differ by 5 or more. Colors are purely cosmetic.
As to be expected of a deranged mad scientist, there are many challenging steps in this one. Thankfully, and I clarify this because it is April Fools' Day - the puzzle does solve cleanly. I documented my path through it here, so feel free to explore at your own pace.

Tough! With this twist you've recreated what it felt like to solve antiknight in 2021 or so. I enjoyed it :)
