Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Each circle clue is either a Quadruple clue or a Neighbor Sums clue (or both), to be determined by the solver.
- Quadruple: Every digit in the circle has to be assigned to one of the 4 surrounding cells. Repeated digits must appear that many times.
- Neighbor sums: The number in the circle gives the sum of the 4 surrounding digits.

I agree with rameshsrivats about the difficulty being 4 stars rather then 3. Really lovely puzzle regardless, thanks for setting <3

Great puzzle. Found it a bit harder than 3 star though.
