The Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. A digit in a cell with an arrow must be larger than all the digits along the direction of the arrow. Digits in cages must sum to the total in the top left corner of the cage, Digits may not repeat in a cage.

Very nice puzzle. It might indeed be 2* but I have to admit it took a while for me to get familiar with these arrows. Was kinda hard to keep track what restricted what at times.
But yeah, very fun in the end. Thanks Chilly!

I enjoyed this. The logical flow is clean and smooth. 3 stars is way too high a difficulty rating imho.
Yeah - I think you're right. I was trying not to set levels too low with a newish rule set, but in this case 2* does seem right.
