Rules:
Normal Kakuro and Masyu rules apply see below for more information.
Draw a loop through the centers of some white cells. Grey circles are either black or white masyu clues (except for the single given black clue). Circles with digits less than 5 are black clues (and the black clue contains a digit less than 5). Circles with digits greater than 5 are white clues. The digit 5 cannot be in circles.
Regardless of color, a circled digit X must repeat exactly X cells on the line away from the next nearest turn (nearest counterclockwise, clockwise, or both).
Small example of the confusing rule in action. We start counting the 6 cells from the top arrow and start counting 3 cells from the bottom arrow. The 3 could also go in the yellow cell, but it only needs to be in one of the two cells to fulfill the rule.

Very Confused why this is rated as five-star difficulty. This is like, two stars at most, perhaps three if it's someone's first experience with both constraints?
----
Memeristor: I don't think it's experience with the constraints which makes it hard. It's the inclusion of the weird repeat digit rule. It may be more intuitive to you than others.

Very fun puzzle - please do specify that row 1 is the row with no blank cells and full of clues in the solution code.
----
Memeristor: thank you! I hadn't even thought about that until you mentioned it.
