- Normal 9x9 sudoku rules apply: In every row, column and in every 3x3 box the digits from 1 to 9 have to appear atleast once with no repeats.
- Killer cages: Digits in cages must sum to the number in the top-left corner(if given) of the cage and cannot repeat.
- Ratio kropki: Cells with a black kropki between them are in a ratio of 1 to 2. Wich means you have the following possibilities, 1-2, 2-4, 4-8 and 3-6.
AL BLACK KROPKI GIVEN. - XV-pairs: Cells joined by an X or V must sum to 10(X) or 5(V).

Sorry to point this out, but the word "atleast" does not exist! You see it on TikTok all the time, spelling mistakes like that spread like a disease on there, to the point where way too many people make them. The term you're looking for is "at least".
I just can't stop myself from being a grammar nazi, so sorry XD
The puzzle itself is very nice, the (fully) negative constraint is interesting!

Most 1 star puzzles are harder for me than this was - if you listen to what the setter shouts at you, it's almost just filling in numbers.

If one reads the rules carefully and realizes the implications, this can be a moderate 2* imo. Nice setting, very fun solve!

Nice logic and it flowed really smoothly for me :)
However, I would consider it more like a two star in difficulty
