Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits in cages sum to the indicated total, as do digits along diagonals. In both cases, digits may repeat if allowed by other rules.
To celebrate leap day (29 February), totals for cages and diagonals 'leap' over twos and nines (i.e. these digits count as zero towards the sum of any cages/diagonals they appear in/on).
