RULES
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits in killer cages may not repeat, and must sum to the given total.
Digits along arrows must sum to the digit in the arrow's circle.
Digits may not repeat in the same relative positions within boxes.

In my first attempt, I was distracted I couldn't see the full break-in. The second time this was smooth as silk. Very nice setting. Thanks

A lovely break-in and a very satisfying flow after that! I guess the difficulty depends on how familiar one gets with disjoint scanning, but I wasn't totally stuck anyway x)

I was able to see the breakin right away and done with the puzzle in 15 mins. Sorry for easy rating.

Response from Lea: Honestly, I have no idea how to difficulty-rate puzzles. It was a total guess based entirely on the break-in, so if that turns out to be easier than I thought, I'm totally okay with it :-) Thanks for solving!
