The Miracle Somedoku

This is somedoku #4. Check out the rest of the puzzles in the somedoku series.

Sudokupad

Rules:
  • Somedoku: Fill each cell with a digit from 1-9. For every row 'n' and every column 'n' there are exactly 'n' unique digits. The remaining cells in each row and column are filled with duplicates.
  • Counting Clones: Every digit in column 9 indicates how many times that digit appears in its row. e.g. If there is a 6 in R3C9 then there are 6 sixes in R3.

My head told me I shouldn't post this puzzle on here, but my heart said to go for it. I hope you can appreciate it for what it is, not what you thought it was going to be.

Solution code: Column 8

This puzzle is hilarious. There's a cool step that made smile if you don't jump to the conclusion you can see your head and actually prove that's right.

I don't understand the first set of Rules. In algebra, if there is only 1 variable (in this case "n") then said variable always has the same value in an equation. Therefore all three "n"s in the first Ruleset must have the same value e.g. R3C3 = 3

Very enjoyable. I agree with @juggler - please don't assume uniqueness when solving this because you will miss a satisfying step.
