Mathematical Cages

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits in a cage sum to the mathematical expression on the top left corner of the cage.
- Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
- Digits separated by a black dot are in 1:2 ratio.
- Along a german whisper line adjacent digits must differ by at least five.
