Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 to 9 in each Row, Column, and 3X3 box.

Non-Consecutive: Cells that are orthogonally adjacent cannot contain consecutive digits.

Friendly Cells: A cell is 'friendly' if it contains its row, column, or 3x3 box number (Boxes are numbered in normal reading order).
There are exactly 27 friendly cells.

Slow Thermo: Digits on a slow thermo increase from the bulb to the tip or stay the same but never decrease.
Exactly half of the cells along a slow thermo are friendly.
